Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyse how business processes, systems, and technologies operate in the current state

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

• Recommend structured future state improvements in processes and supporting systems

• Gather and document clear business and functional requirements

• Translate business needs into structured system specifications

• Support system integrations, data mapping, and configuration validation

• Participate in testing activities and ensure solutions meet agreed requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business IT, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation projects

• Good knowledge of business process modelling techniques, including BPMN 2.0

• Ability to analyse processes and understand how systems support operations

• Clear and structured documentation skills

• Basic understanding of system integrations and data flows

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work directly with both business and technical stakeholders

• Fluency in Greek and English
