Capacitor Partners participated in the NTA Digital Europe Summit, held in Nicosia on October 7, 2025, ahead of Cyprus assuming the Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Organized by Digital Europe and hosted by CITEA, the Summit brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and technology experts to discuss Europe’s digital transformation and the future of artificial intelligence.


Representing Capacitor Partners, Yioulika Antoniades, Systems Deployment Consulting Leader, joined the panel discussion titled “From Regulation to Innovation Europe’s AI Journey.” The discussion explored how Europe can transition from regulating AI to enabling innovation while ensuring ethical, transparent, and inclusive technological growth. Drawing from Capacitor Partners’ extensive experience in digital transformation and systems implementation, Yioulika highlighted how practical frameworks and collaboration between the public and private sectors are key to successfully adopting AI in complex organizational environments.


The panel featured leading voices from across Europe, including Kyriaki Pantziarou, Director of Digital Policy and Communications Directorate at the Deputy Ministry of Research and Innovation and Digital Policy, Monika Ioannidou, Partner and Managing Director of TKI EMEA, and Dr. Georgina Tryfou, Senior Manager, Data and AI at EY Technology Consulting. The session was moderated by George Malekkos, Vice President of CITEA, who facilitated a forward-looking discussion on how regulation and innovation can coexist to shape Europe’s AI future.


The NTA Digital Europe Summit served as a key milestone in advancing Europe’s digital agenda, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and responsible governance.
